Law Offices of Natalie S. Felsenfeld PLLC was founded in 2020 to serve families in Ossining and across Westchester County who want their legal affairs handled carefully, explained clearly, and kept confidential.
We take on four areas of practice. That is deliberate. Depth in a few things serves clients better than passing familiarity with many.

Why We Exist

They have documents that no longer match their life, or they have no documents at all, and they are not sure which of those is worse.
A will written before children were born. A deed still held jointly with someone who has died. A parent’s estate sitting in probate because nobody explained what the process required. Powers of attorney naming a person who has since moved away.
These are not exotic legal problems. They are ordinary, and they are almost always fixable. What they require is an attorney willing to sit down, review what exists, explain what it actually does, and then build something that works.

You cannot make a good decision about a plan you do not understand. Every engagement starts with explaining your options, not drafting around them.
No templates
Two families in the same town with the same assets rarely need the same plan. Documents are built around your circumstances and your goals.
Plain language always
Legal writing has its place. Explaining your own plan to you is not it. If something is unclear, we have not finished explaining.

Our office is in Ossining, and most clients come to us from across Westchester County. We also represent clients throughout the Hudson Valley and into Connecticut, particularly on residential real estate matters where the property itself dictates the jurisdiction.
